The Geneva Annual Blockchain Congress will take place on 21 January 2019 at Palexpo, the Geneva Congress and Exhibition Center, who co-organizes the event together with the canton.

By approaching blockchain technology from the perspective of concrete applications destined for the market, the Geneva Annual Blockchain Congress emerges as a major blockchain event, bringing together existing clients as well as future service providers.

The event will be an opportunity for entrepreneurs, public authorities and NGOs to consider the evolution of their business model, the legality and ethics of the perspectives presented as well as the training of their employees.

On January 21st, more than 40 speakers will be present, including experts such as Don Tapscott, Patrick Odier, Daniel Haudenschild, Jarod Koopman and Carlos Moreira. The event will focus on four areas: Governance, Fintech, Education and Commodity Trading.
