The Centre for Coaching, a leading international executive coaching organization, is now present in Switzerland.
After delivering several coaching sessions in Switzerland over the past few years, the Centre for Coaching (CFC) has officially announced the launch of its Swiss operations based out of Belmont-sur-Lausanne, in the canton of Vaud. This will give the company “the corporate structure necessary to become a Euro-node for integral coaching”, said Daniel Ahlers, Executive Director of the CFC Switzerland. According to the organization’s website, “the local Swiss market is a context where an amalgam of international federations and organizations are based”, which has significant potential for integral coaching. Moreover, “its connection to the wider European market in French- and German-speaking contexts” makes it a strategic hub.
Established in 2002 at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, the Centre for Coaching offers programs targeted at skilling participants in how to be integral coaches. In addition to South Africa, it is present in Australia and now also in Switzerland.
The Greater Geneva Bern area, together with the Vaud Economic Development Office, advised and assisted the CFC in establishing its Swiss affiliate.
