{"id":12489,"date":"2017-07-27T08:14:19","date_gmt":"2017-07-27T06:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.ggba.swiss\/switzerland-ranked-1st-in-the-2017-change-readiness-index\/"},"modified":"2023-07-04T13:39:40","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T11:39:40","slug":"switzerland-ranked-1st-in-the-2017-change-readiness-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.ggba.swiss\/en\/switzerland-ranked-1st-in-the-2017-change-readiness-index\/","title":{"rendered":"Switzerland ranked 1st in the 2017 Change Readiness Index"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This year, the consulting firm <a href=\"https:\/\/home.kpmg.com\/xx\/en\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KPMG<\/a>, which evaluates the change readiness of various countries, analyzed 136 of them through its <a href=\"https:\/\/home.kpmg.com\/xx\/en\/home\/insights\/2017\/07\/2017-change-readiness-index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Change Readiness Index<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.kpmg.com\/content\/dam\/kpmg\/xx\/pdf\/2017\/07\/change-readiness-index-report-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRI<\/a>). The CRI\u2019s goal is to measure a country\u2019s capability to anticipate, prepare for and respond to change, be it social, economic or technological. The three main pillars that compose the CRI are enterprise capability, government capability and people &amp; civil society capability to manage change. These pillars prepare and reinforce a country\u2019s willingness and readiness for change. Switzerland, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Denmark make up the top five of the most change-ready countries in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>After ranking 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place in the 2015 CRI, Switzerland takes the lead and unseats Singapore, which lands in 4<sup>th<\/sup> place. The CRI shows that Switzerland has a high government and people &amp; civil society capability score compared to the previous years.
